17 years ago, Aktivital GmbH was founded with the idea of implementing corporate health management and healthy structures in companies.

Today, we have clients from various fields such as government agencies, daycares/schools, healthcare, and industry. We conceptualize and coordinate regional and national projects in corporate health management and promotion for our clients. For our partners in the statutory health insurance sector, we implement health days and projects on a nationwide level. Aktivital stands for reliability, teamwork, and a strong service-oriented mindset towards our employees and customers.

We are currently looking for a qualified, dedicated, flexible, and responsible individual to support us in our internal operations as a dispatcher.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and following up on orders
Travel planning
Liaison between freelance experts and customer representatives
Logistics
Creating credit notes
Scheduling assignments
Providing individual health modules
And much more

Qualifications:

Education: Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. healthcare management, office communication, or similar) or equivalent qualification
Personality: Enjoy working in a dedicated team, organized, and highly reliable
Work style: Structured and resultsoriented with high flexibility
Experience and knowledge: Some practical experience, preferably in a dynamic environment
Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of CRM systems, fluent in German
