Employee (M/F/d) Order Handling - Boswell, IN

Reporting to:
Head of Order Handling
Your responsibilities:
- Enter orders into OMS/SAP and coordinate with plants for ordering
- Clarify customer orders and handle complaints independently
- Provide customer support before and after order booking, especially for complaints related to delivery dates, order changes, cancellations, and other inquiries
- Communicate with plants to clarify delivery dates and troubleshoot any issues
- Create invoices, credit notes, and track payment transactions and deliveries
- Support and maintain master data
Your background:
- Completed commercial education
- Previous relevant work experience is preferred, but we also welcome motivated individuals starting their career
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English
