As an intern at Arma, you will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in all aspects of corporate finance advisory in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

We expect our interns to gain a comprehensive understanding of the M&A and capital raising process, provide top-notch corporate finance advice, and work across various sectors within the Digital Economy. You will be an integral part of a deal team and will have the chance to work on live deals, interact with partners and clients, and have regular meetings with your mentor to discuss your career development.

Specific duties may include:

Preparing, analyzing, and interpreting historical and projected financial information

Coordinating and conducting business due diligence
