Description

Essential functions
-
Support the maintenance of the ERP system to ensure SKU data and system integrity

:

-
Coordinate with each functional team to ensure all shipped products and orders have current and accurate status, specifications, product information, and costs maintained in item records

:

-
Inbound transit
  • Log and track inbound shipments. Financial ownership of inbound transit expense for International Orders and USA 3PL Orders
:

-
For NetSuite
  • Monthly in transit inventory reconciliation for all warehouses and final product suppliers
:

-
Code supplier invoices and send them out for payment

:

-
Understand Supply Chain process flows, industry best practices, and areas to improve operational efficiency and productivity

:

-
Coordinate regular review and update of department processes, procedures, work instructions, and reference documents

:


  • Analyze market trends and vendor performance to ensure a reliable and costeffective supply chain.

Designing and executing processes to maintain updated records at SKU and order levels for all transactions under this role supervision

:

-
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including demand planning and finance to forecast, issue, and manage POs

:

-
Strengthen supplier relationships within negotiations, visits, and partnership throughout material and process knowledge

:

-
Curate and maintain standardized Cost Break Downs to drive should-cost models and streamlined cost strategies, including material, process, tool, labor, and packaging

:


  • Generate supplier and material landscape for supply chain visibility.
  • Empower sustainable and diverse decisions through process, material, and supplier innovations, and alternatives.
  • Construct materials library with current scope and potential alternatives to ensure agility within the raw material supply chain landscape.
  • Build supplier capability toolbox to understand supplier scope and capability availability within current supply base.
  • Analyze current product production for an opportunity for assembly location optimization.

Supervisory responsibilities

Work environment

Physical demands

Light Physical office.

Travel required

  • Domestic and international (5%) to visit suppliers.

Required education and experience

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics support including experience with 3rd party logistics providers
  • Highly Proficient at all MS Office Suite programs, Excel as well as experience with ERP systems and EDI
  • Excellent data gathering, and analytical skills
  • Willing to work across many times zones

Preferred education and experience

  • BS/BA or higher preferred in related field
  • Experience with large retail clients is preferred
  • NetSuite experience preferred
