We are currently seeking for our location in Bremen:


EMPLOYEES (m/f/d) for SALES SUPPORT [BACKOFFICE]
in the field of FRESH WOOD BIOMASS / FRANCE


Your new tasks:

Coordinating shipments with suppliers and customers from France
Registering individual deliveries in close coordination with customers
Handling inquiries from customers/suppliers or the accounting department
Processing delivery notes and weigh tickets
Handling complaints
General administrative tasks


What sets you apart:

Completed commercial training or alternatively experience in the service industry with customer contact
Good English and French skills in spoken and written form
Strong service mentality and customer-oriented approach
Quick comprehension and good assertiveness
Independent and responsible way of working
Teamwork skills
Good computer skills
Interest in the energy and supply industry
