At Kenmare, we believe that every person is valuable. That's why we support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives at Diakonie Himmelsthür. We accompany them in their living, working, and leisure activities, so that everyone can have a fulfilling life. Currently, 80 clients between the ages of 22 and 70 live in Fliedner House.

Our clients living in Fliedner House are centrally located on the "Campus" in Sorsum and enjoy the activities offered there.

Our main focus is on supporting individuals with cognitive disabilities and psychiatric diagnoses. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Accompany and support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives * Provide pedagogical, practical, and nursing support * Foster individual development * Strengthen independence, communication, and personal responsibility * Create development reports and participation plans
