YOUR TASKS

• You support, advise and train sales employees in your area both professionally and in terms of sales
• You create annual plans including sales support measures and act as a multiplier in your field of expertise
• You are responsible for achieving goals in your business area and bear the responsibility for implementation and results in the areas of pension (including occupational pension) and wealth. As part of market observation, you work closely with executives from various departments, your colleagues and regional representatives.
• If necessary, you support sales employees in closing deals with their clients.
