Team Leader for Maintenance with experience in climate technology (m/f)

For the department:

MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Your responsibilities

  • You will lead a maintenance team for technical installations such as air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • You will manage the administrative organization of interventions using a powerful CMS (Computer Aided Maintenance Management)
  • You will maintain contact with the client

Your profile

  • You have a journeyman's/master's certificate or equivalent training
  • You have at least 5 years of proven practical experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, knowledge in the areas of control, hydraulics, and electricity, and at least 3 years of experience as a team leader
  • You are committed and responsible
  • You are precise and methodical
  • You have good communication skills and possess team spirit
