Your tasks:
- As a project manager in the field of lighting system development, you will take on projects in an international environment with the following tasks:
- As a contact person, you will be responsible for project management in a multi-project environment, both technically and commercially, throughout the entire project duration.
- The main focus is on ensuring the achievement of goals in terms of costs, deadlines, and quality, depending on the project, also in combination with project controlling and change management.
- You will create schedules, documentation, presentations, and take on budget planning.
- You will also be responsible for managing the internal and external project team.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for implementing all changes and measures within the given target framework, taking into account project-specific stakeholders.
We expect from you:
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or similar fields of study.
- Experience in project coordination and control, ideally in the automotive or lighting technology sector.
- Strong team spirit, flexibility, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, determination, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
- Very good knowledge in project management.
