RC provides residential and support services for people with intellectual disabilities and acquired brain injuries in Berlin and Brandenburg.

We operate more than 20 facilities and are currently seeking a full-time, permanent
Maintenance Worker (m/f/d) for our Bernardo-Timm-Haus in
Berlin-Spandau.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Performing maintenance, repair, and renovation work
  • Maintaining and caring for the company's fleet, monitoring and scheduling appointments for inspections and maintenance
  • Training new employees through test drives
  • Providing transportation, deliveries, and shopping as needed
  • Snow removal, gardening, and grounds maintenance
  • Assisting with moves, events, and celebrations
  • Conducting and ensuring all necessary checks and maintenance according to the frequency set in the building management system.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • We prefer candidates with experience in a trade or in building maintenance
  • You are a team player, flexible, and value good communication
  • You enjoy working independently
