Commercial Clerk Sales Support (m/f/d)

In our sales department, you can expect excellent opportunities in a technologically exciting growth industry. Work independently on the best solutions for our customers and continuously develop your skills.

Contract type: permanent, full-time or part-time

Your tasks:

Telephone and written customer support and assistance to the sales team

Technical and commercial quotation preparation

Support in planning visits for the field sales team

Verification of commercial and technical order data in cooperation with the sales team and coordination with central order processing

Office organization and order processing for material and equipment needs

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial or technical vocational training or comparable qualification

Experience in customer contact, both in person, in writing and by phone

Good communication skills in spoken and written English

Willingness to work flexible weekly hours (e.g. for holiday coverage)
