Commercial Employee (m/f/d)

Order Management / Customer Service / Administration

Your tasks:


  • Contact person for our customers, contractors, and drivers (m/f/d)
  • Acquisition and organization of customer orders
  • Tour coordination, tour planning (TPS), and deadline monitoring
  • Ensuring timely delivery and assembly of furniture pieces
  • Handling of complaints and damages

Your profile:


  • Ideally completed commercial training and/or professional experience in the field of freight forwarding and logistics, but also career changers (m/f/d) from customer service or with experience in tour planning and interest in transport logistics are welcome
  • Enjoyment in customer consultation and organizing appointments
  • Empathy, but also assertiveness and commitment
  • Reliable, organized, independent work style and a confident, friendly demeanor
  • Good German language skills and communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word), experience with transport management software and/or quick adaptation to new IT systems
