You have the opportunity to receive a one-time special offer with a gross amount of $1. This bonus will be paid out in two installments. The first half will be included in your initial paycheck in December, and the second half ($ will be included in your first paycheck in May.


About Our Company:

Point Quest Pediatrics specializes in providing valuable and practical behavioral, mental health, and speech and language services to students aged between 5 and 22 years old.

Our focus is to empower each student with the necessary skills and techniques to effectively carry out their academic curriculum in the most flexible environment possible.

We work in collaboration with school districts to support students who are eligible for services and evaluations as specified in the student's IEP.


Job Overview:

Operating under general supervision, the Behavioral Aide plays a key role in assisting at-risk and/or students with disabilities within a school setting.

Salary Range:
$20-$23 hourly


Travel Requirements:

Individuals in this position must be willing to work at different school sites/with various students every day, within a 25-30 minute radius from the area.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the teacher in implementing students' Individual Education Plans (IEP)
  • Proficient in applying a BIP
  • Offer academic support in specific subject areas, as instructed by the teacher
  • Implement classroom or social behavior management systems, guiding students to quickly resume their academic tasks
  • Respond to crises, including utilizing Pro-ACT and/or CPI techniques
  • Ensure the school environment remains safe, clean, and functional
  • Supervise students during breaks and lunch periods
  • Aid students with tasks such as eating, restroom use, and transitioning between classrooms
  • Organize or participate in recreational activities like sports, arts and crafts, off-campus trips, and cultural events
  • Demonstrate ABA methodologies to effectively address student behaviors
  • Maintain awareness of student whereabouts to ensure safety, directing them appropriately in the school or community, including during transportation
  • Complete assigned written tasks as necessary
  • Accurately document student behavior, skill development, care, and learning objectives as directed
  • Collaborate with agency staff on student progress and behavior planning requirements
  • Assist other team members as needed to support their work activities
  • Handle emergency situations promptly (e.g., student injuries, conflicts, medical emergencies) to ensure immediate safety
  • Willingness to work at different locations within the designated area, if required
  • Respond promptly to requests from Lead Aide and/or Supervisors
  • Fulfill any other assigned duties

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience in an educational or treatment setting for students with learning, social, emotional, or mental challenges
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance & TB Testing
  • Pro-Act, CPI, and/or CPR certification is a plus

Work Environment and Physical Demands:


  • Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes
  • Regular activities including reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, running, carrying, and lifting weights over 50 lbs
  • Normal or corrected vision and hearing range required
  • Moderate to high noise levels in the work environment
