Your responsibilities include:

Being a gracious host, welcoming guests warmly and interacting with them in an open and charming manner
Ensuring a smooth and guestoriented service flow
Assisting with daily mise en place for the kitchen and service, events, and breakfast buffet when needed
Contributing to an effective and efficient operational process
Maintaining open communication between all areas of the hotel
