The cimdata Education Academy GmbH is currently seeking a dedicated and communicative Education Advisor (m/f/d) to join our consulting team at our location in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

For 40 years, we have been offering further education, retraining, and training at three locations in Berlin and now at 20 additional locations nationwide.

Your responsibilities:

Providing content and organizational advice to interested parties in the field of retraining and further education
Offer and contract management
Maintaining contact with funding agencies and relevant authorities
Supporting and assisting participants with their concerns
Documenting in the company's internal database and monitoring
Taking on all administrative and organizational tasks at the institute

Your profile:

Completed training or studies, preferably with professional experience
You have organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team
You have an open and confident demeanor
Enjoyment of customer contact
You bring a high level of flexibility, responsibility, and conscientiousness
You have an affinity for digital media
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are required
Arabic language skills are desirable
Organizational skills and very good communication skills
