Freight Forwarding Specialist (m/f/d)
Import/Export - Sea and Air Freight for our renowned client in Bremen, in a direct placement.

Your responsibilities:

Processing of all types of freight forwarding orders in Cargo-Online
Preparation of customs documents and declarations
Documentation (e.g. bill of lading, air waybill, etc.)
Invoicing and dispatch
Preparation of statistics, freight overviews, status reports
Preparation of tenders
Negotiation of prices with service providers (shipping companies, haulage contractors, packing companies, etc.)
Preparation of quotations
Customer support
Handling of complaints
Work in supply chain management, sales (inside), accounting

Your profile:

Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk
Ability to work independently in a team and according to team requirements
Experience with the freight forwarding software Cargo-Online is desirable
Good knowledge of ATLAS, EZT, UZK and customs regulations
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to occasionally work outside the office (e.g. inspecting goods at the warehouse, onsite discussions with customs authorities, courier trips, etc.)
Valid driver's license (Class B)
