Description

The Wiegand-Glas Group is one of the top 3 container glass manufacturers in Germany and produces over eight million glass containers daily for the beverage and food industry in its four factories located in Steinbach am Wald (Bavaria), Ernstthal, Großbreitenbach, and Schleusingen (Thuringia). In the fiscal year 2022/2023, the group generated a total turnover of approximately 846 million euros.

Your responsibilities:

Handling of orders via phone and in writing
Active customer support
Maintenance and monitoring of customer data
Preparation and tracking of offers
Creation of evaluations and statistics (e.g. market analysis)
Inventory management (monitoring of stock levels and production planning)
Coordination of transportation for product delivery
Participation in projects

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
Very good knowledge of English and/or French, additional foreign languages desirable
Openness and flexibility towards customer requests
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Cost-conscious and solution
