We are currently looking for employees in the field of caretaking (m/f/d) for Neunkirchen.

Mini-job, part-time - morning, part-time - afternoon**
Caretaker (m/f/d):
Your tasks:


  • Caretaking of residential complexes
  • You are the contact person for potential tenants and conduct apartment viewings and movein/moveout inspections
  • You monitor compliance with house rules and the proper condition of the property
  • You perform minor repairs, manage waste, and handle winter maintenance
  • You maintain the outdoor areas
  • You inspect repairs carried out by craftsmen
- and similar tasks


You bring with you:


  • You have experience as a caretaker
  • You enjoy interacting with tenants and craftsmen
  • You are communicative and resilient
  • You have a driver's license class B (old: 3)
