Your Profile - What do you bring?

  • You have completed training in the hotel industry or have previous experience at the front desk
  • You have a wellgroomed appearance, positive attitude, and good manners
  • You are dedicated and communicative
  • You enjoy interacting with guests
  • You work well in a team, with diligence and reliability
  • You speak German and preferably have good English skills

Your Tasks:

You will work at the front desk during the morning or evening shift

  • Warmly welcoming our guests
  • Assisting hotel guests at the front desk
  • Checking in and out national and international guests
  • Ensuring a smooth workflow during your shift
  • Managing and balancing the cash register
  • Answering phone calls
