Nursing Director for the Central Operating Rooms and the Outpatient Operating Center (Center Management)

Full-time and permanent position Center for Anesthesia and Operating Room Care Your responsibilities:
Guiding and managing the operating room and anesthesia functional services according to the mission statement You are present in the operating room and, together with the operating room coordinator, manage the daily operations You coordinate both functional services in the operating room planning and are supported by the team leaders Ensuring vacation and duty schedules in accordance with the TV-L and the goals of the University Medicine Greifswald (UM Greifswald)

You are able to balance the goals of UM Greifswald and the needs of the operating room staff Interface management (e.g.

responsibility for the nursing board, procurement department, and medical technology) Our requirements:

You have completed a 3-year training in a health profession, completed further training as a nursing service manager and/or have a degree in nursing management, nursing science, or a related field You may already have several years of experience in anesthesia and/or operating room care Experience in the structures, processes, and organization of the operating room is advantageous You already have a further education in operating room management or are willing to participate in one You have previous leadership experience or feel confident in taking on this role Your creative, cooperative, and goal-oriented leadership style sets you apart
