Responsibilities:


  • Provides advisory and conducts designs for new programs or refining or replacing existing programs as needed
  • Organizing the library of existing organizational content and progressively incorporating new external content for talentrelated topics
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and other key stakeholders to identify talent and leadership development needs and objectives
  • Design comprehensive talent development programs that encompass various learning modalities, including assignmentbased programs (e.g., rotational programs, secondments, shortterm expatriation assignments), experiential activities, leadership immersions, workshops, simulations, case studies, selfdirected and asynchronous learning, peer networking and learning, executive coaching, and mentoring
  • Incorporate leadingedge trends and best practices in talent and leadership development to ensure programs continuously improve and remain relevant and effective
  • Intake talent program requests to determine appropriate response. Ensures all talent program requests are conducted using the appropriate standards and guidelines
  • Engage with DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and Talent partners to support the design of diverse employee engagement events and processes (e.g., summits, conferences, networking events, advocacy and mentorship engagements, support groups, speaker series, panel interviews, discussion circles), enabling them to operate these initiatives through facilitator guides, toolkits, presentation collaterals, and other pertinent resources
  • Identify, enable, and deploy the appropriate internal and external facilitators to execute program activities; includes directly facilitating and/or coordinating the delivery of talent program sessions
  • Engages with Program Managers to review assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement and sustainability
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in leadership and talent development to inform program design and strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Program Managers and other key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing support and followup to reinforce learning and development outcomes
  • Owns and deploys the Talent Programs Architecture and Playbook, which sets the standards of how Talent Programs should be designed, developed, and operated, ensuring consistency and quality best practices are followed accordingly
  • Owns Talent Programs Success Measures Framework which involves engaging with partners for tracking and analytics, reporting, and strategic advisory for continued portfolio building in alignment with Talent Programs Architecture
  • Engage with Program Managers to support coordination with program vendors to ensure costeffectiveness and efficiency in program design and delivery

Qualifications:


  • Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Learning Design, Instructional Systems, Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, Learning Sciences, I/O Psychology, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., ADDIE for Instructional Design Certification, CPLP, APTD, etc.) preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in designing and implementing talent and leadership development programs
  • Advanced understanding of adult learning principles
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong systems thinking; helps link opportunities to integrate processes across multiple teams and stakeholder groups towards common goals
  • Adept at building synergies that leverages a wide range of organizational resources efficiently with a clear alignment to outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and adapt to evolving organizational needs
  • Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and instruments
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging practices in talent and leadership development
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in utilizing learning technologies and digitally enabled development solutions and platforms
  • Passion for fostering talent growth and development within the firm
