Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties:


  • Manage and supervise all aspects of the establishment, including kitchen and hotel operations
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process

Skills:


  • Strong background in kitchen operations, food preparation, and food service
  • Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and inspire others
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
