To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:
Team Leader (m/f/d) Workshop Equipment Service at our location in the North (Hamburg) as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of service technicians
- Control and optimization of service offerings
- Monitoring of general work quality and adherence to process standards among service technicians
- Creating cost estimates
- Handling technical issues and resolving complaints
- Preparing and tracking repair offers
- Responsible for tool management of service technicians
Your profile:
- Completed technical and/or commercial education
- Professional experience in the automotive industry
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Independent and goal-oriented work style
