Social Welfare Office / Cemetery Administration and Support for the Residents' Registration Office (m/f/d)
The city of Tegernsee is looking for a full-time or part-time employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
for the Social Welfare Office / Cemetery Administration and to support the Residents' Registration Office (m/f/d).
Your main tasks:
- Assistance with applications for social welfare, disability benefits, etc.
- Organization of senior citizen events
- Support with pension applications and clarification of accounts
- Collaboration with aid organizations
- Cemetery administration and billing of burial fees
- Assistance and coverage for vacations in the Residents' Registration Office / Passport Office
- Support with conducting elections
Your profile:
- Desired: completed administrative training or commercial profession
- Good computer skills in working with common MSOffice applications
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills
- Commitment and willingness to perform
