We are currently seeking a Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) or similar for the residential care of people with acquired brain injuries: (25 hours/week, permanent)
The Rauhe Haus is a diakonia company. We are close to the people. We base our actions on the values of social work and diakonia. We are committed to innovative developments.

The Participation with Assistance foundation area is regionally oriented.

In the Hamburg Participation with Assistance region, we offer outpatient and residential living and support services for people with neuropsychological disorders.

In the residential home "Bramfelder Chaussee," a multidisciplinary team supports twelve people with acquired brain injuries to lead as independent a life as possible.


Your profile:


  • You have a degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification.
  • You act responsibly and are able to work independently and flexibly.
  • Ideally, you have experience in dealing with people with acquired brain injuries and their nursing needs.
  • Your attitude towards clients is consistently personcentered and appreciative.
  • You base your work with clients on their strengths and possibilities and utilize the potential of their social environment.
  • You possess organizational skills and are open to acquiring new areas of knowledge.
  • You are flexible and resilient regarding working hours (shift work, including weekends).

Your tasks:


  • Personcentered and goaloriented support for people with acquired brain injuries based on individual care planning
