We are currently seeking individuals with experience in telephone marketing, sales, and customer service to join our sales team in Kassel.

Your responsibilities:


  • You will be the first point of contact for both existing and potential customers
  • Independently acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones through telephone communication
  • Create targeted offers and follow up with customers
  • Maintain customer data and activities in our system
  • Handle customer inquiries and enter them into our system

Your profile:


  • Excellent written and spoken German and Spanish, additional languages are a plus
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Enjoy talking on the phone, experience in telephone sales is preferred
  • Openminded, communicative, and confident personality
  • Pleasant telephone voice and clear speaking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Good listening skills
  • Friendly and helpful attitude (problem solver, good communication, persistence, and patience)
  • Diligent work ethic

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
