Overview:

Responsibilities:

Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's unique business requirements.
Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide ongoing support and training to users on Salesforce functionality.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Manage data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
Stay uptodate on Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
Implement best practices for Salesforce administration and development.
Participate in crossfunctional projects to improve business processes and efficiency.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of thirdparty Salesforce apps and integrations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Drive adoption of Salesforce across the organization.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects on more complex projects.
Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize Salesforce performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforcerelated inquiries and issues.
Lead training sessions and workshops for users at all levels.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline Salesforce processes.
