This program offers a shortened two-year training for individuals who are interested in changing careers or are already working in a daycare center and have completed a vocational training.

The theoretical content will be taught in block classes at the Freie Duale Fachakademie für Pädagogik.

During the practical phases, you will be able to apply your pedagogical knowledge in our element-i children's centers and support the educators in their daily work with children and parents.

In addition to theory and practice, we place special emphasis on promoting personal strengths. With support throughout your training, you will be optimally prepared for your future career path.

The two-year practice-oriented qualification will be completed with a final exam and the professional title of "social pedagogical assistant".
