We are seeking an
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable assist with our growing Finance team The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable must be detail-oriented who works toward improving processes and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully in-person position, no remote work available at this time.

Responsibilities:_

  • Enter payables and process payments for four companies.
  • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy of data entry.
  • Assist with collections for 4 companiesReconcile vendor statements to vendor in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with monthend closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment issues.
  • Ensure W9 compliance.
  • Assist with yearend 1099 processing.
  • Assist in implementing the accounts payable process
  • Escalate collection probems to CFO and Sales Department
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data analysis and QuickBooks

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
