The hospital, completed in 2011, covers a wide range of services for modern patient care. We are looking for a

Construction and Team Leader for Construction Trades (m/f/d)

for the construction department within the Municipal Hospital Dessau's Building and Facility Management department as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Construction management of small and medium-sized construction projects
  • Processing of service phases 6 to 9 of the HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers)
  • Participation in the creation of tender documents and awarding of construction, maintenance and repair services
  • Coordination, management and technical supervision of the executing trades on the construction site
  • Ensuring project goals in terms of deadlines and quality
