The city of Delitzsch is looking for a full-time and permanent employee (m/f/d) in the field of personnel/administrative organization starting on November 1, 2023.


Delitzsch is a medium-sized center located in the northwest of the Free State of Saxony with a population of around 25,000.

With its twelve districts, Delitzsch is the largest city in the district of Nordsachsen in terms of population. Delitzsch is energy-efficient and actively promotes sustainability.

Your tasks:

  • Comprehensive processing of payroll from entry to exit, including determining tax and social security obligations for our employees and civil servants
  • Point of contact for all employees regarding payroll and supplementary pension matters
  • Communication with health insurance companies, authorities, and social security institutions
  • Preparation of evaluations and statistics
  • Processing of time tracking and vacation matters
  • Participation in the management of all personnel matters for employees
  • Support for voluntary service providers
  • Processing of expense allowances
