Our focus is on the initial rental, management, marketing, and sale of properties and condominiums in the greater Zurich area.

To strengthen our team in Kloten, we are looking for:
PROPERTY MANAGER (m/f/d)

Your main tasks include:

  • Management of your own portfolio of rental properties.
  • Conducting apartment viewings, handovers, and inspections.
  • Initial rentals including marketing.
  • Rent control.
  • Preparation of utility cost statements.
  • Ensuring property maintenance.
  • Periodic property inspections.
  • Organization and coordination of renovation work and insurance claims.
  • Correspondence with tenants, owners, and authorities.
