This position is part-time and limited to 2 years.

YOUR TASKS

As a staff member, you will be the first point of contact for all regulatory issues and requirements in the area of business operations.
You will organize, coordinate, and accompany service provider audits, including all preparations and followups.
In close coordination with our service providers, you will coordinate timings, compile and ensure the accuracy of documents for a smooth audit process.
You will advise operations service providers on the implementation and fulfillment of American Express standards and support in the creation of necessary documents.
You will handle crossfunctional regulatory compliance issues and inquiries.
You will ensure complete documentation of all audits.
You will maintain close communication with American Express contacts regarding all regulatory requirements.
