We are seeking a Spanish/English energized, professional individual with great customer skills and attitude to join our team as a full-time
Experienced Homecare Staffing Coordinator.

The Homecare Coordinator assists our clients by matching them with suitable home health aids to ensure satisfaction with our services.

The Homecare Coordinator's goal is to ensure that each and every client in their care is paired with a quality home health aid to care for them long term.


Experienced Homecare Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct care management services, maintaining accurate and verifiable documentation of all services rendered.
  • Schedule home health aid visitation for our clients.
  • Run daily reports and keep track of daily correspondence with clients and home health aids.
  • Utilize our software to maximize successful home health aid staffing initiatives.
  • Maintain client records.
  • Participate in staff meetings and other Coordination department activities and mandatory training.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, State, and Federal regulations and agency policies.

Experienced Homecare Staffing Coordinator Requirements:


  • Knowledge in completing or conducting an assessment.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience providing as a home health care coordinator.
- strong social skills.

  • Professional customer service experience.

Experienced Homecare Staffing Coordinator Skills:


  • Proficient with Office, Microsoft, data entry, and computer skills.
  • Must have excellent listening as well as written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Having crisis intervention skills is also a huge plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Experienced Homecare Staffing Coordinator Benefits:

    $52,000$56,000 annually (depending on experience)
