Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding our energy consulting and renovation planning services for residential buildings
Assisting customers in selecting the appropriate services and products
Providing advice on energy efficiency, renovation options, and funding opportunities
Managing and maintaining customer data and database
Coordinating with other departments to ensure quick and efficient solutions for customer issues

Your profile:

Experience in customer service, preferably in the B2C sector
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, serviceoriented attitude
Interest and enthusiasm for energy efficiency and residential building renovation
Good written and spoken German skills
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to explain complex information in an understandable manner and offer solutions
Team player with a proactive work style and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
