We are currently seeking a dedicated:

Coordinator for the Volunteer Center (m/f/d)
to join our team starting on June 1st, 2024.

This is a part-time position (30 hours per week) for a period of 1 year, as a parental leave replacement.

Your responsibilities:

In close collaboration with youngcaritas and the social pastoral office, you will be responsible for volunteer management, civic engagement, and cooperation with church communities/community caritas.
As a representative of the volunteer center, you will also be the contact person for Caritas Association Frankfurt facilities where volunteers are active.
You will create attractive conditions for voluntary engagement within Caritas and ensure compliance with quality standards.
You will advise the association's facilities and services on working with volunteers or initiatives and support the actors in developing or establishing new volunteer projects.
