Because we are looking for you as a building services planner/draftsman in Lyncourt, NY.

Your tasks

As a building services planner/draftsman, you will be responsible for planning technical building equipment (heating, air conditioning, plumbing, ventilation).
You will conduct concept development and feasibility analyses for individual customer inquiries.
In addition, you will accompany the commissioning, acceptance, and handover of trades as well as project management.
You will also be responsible for independently designing technical building equipment trades.
You will be responsible for creating performance specifications and procurement.
In your role, you will be responsible for concept development and feasibility analyses for individual customer inquiries and work closely with other involved departments.
Finally, you will create cost estimates, execution plans, performance specifications, and tender documents in accordance with HOAI.

Your profile

Successfully completed degree in engineering for supply and energy technology or comparable education
First experience in planning commercial buildings and technical building equipment
Proficient in using MS Office and extensive CAD knowledge (AutoCAD)
Goaloriented and analytical thinking
