ACT & LEAD:

As a Team Leader Assembly, you will lead an assembly team of approximately 30 employees

  • Based on workload, you plan resources such as space and capacity and coordinate measures for implementation.
  • Together with your technical managers and employees, you manage logistics, assembly, commissioning, and dismantling activities.
  • You are responsible for the costs and budget of your area.
