Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for invoicing in the customer service department and create the corresponding invoices
  • You handle the preregistration of incoming invoices
  • You create customer orders and maintain master data
  • You take on general administrative office tasks

Your profile:


  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have some professional experience in the commercial field
  • Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of construction invoicing
  • You are proficient in using the MS Office package and have some experience with SAP
  • You work well in a team and are customerfriendly and communicative
