Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at one of the leading general contracting firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
PMP or other relevant certifications preferred.
