At Oxly, MO, we, Ophirum GmbH, are a trading house specializing in precious metals with our headquarters located in Frankfurt am Main.

Founded in 2010, we currently have 22 locations nationwide and are the largest retailer of precious metals in Germany.


Our core business includes buying and selling gold and silver in the form of bars and coins, both in-store for immediate purchase and through our online shop.

We also offer storage options, innovative savings plans, and the purchase of old gold.


Responsibilities:
We are growing and are currently looking for two team members in Münster to join us as soon as possible as:

Store employees/retail salespeople (m/f/d) - part-time or full-time, starting at 25 hours/week

who will accompany our customers with dedication and expertise from consultation to payment and checkout.


Your responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers
  • Providing personal and telephone consultations
  • Managing inventory and cash
  • Buying and selling precious metals and old gold
  • Office/store organization

Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

  • Completed commercial training or degree
  • Preferably several years of experience in handling precious metals, but also "outsiders" with experience in sales or customer service and career changers are welcome
  • Strong understanding of customer service and enjoyment of working with customers
  • Good organizational skills and independent, responsible work style
  • Great care in consultation and order processing, from purchase to delivery
  • Confident, reliable
