Job Description

to be filled immediately in a permanent full-time position

  • Ensuring a smooth service process in our Confiserie
  • Planning and organizing events and food promotions
  • Ensuring optimal customer and service orientation in the Confiserie
  • Controlling and monitoring the service quality standards of the responsible area
  • Handling administrative tasks such as internal and external correspondence, support with time management and personnel scheduling, invoicing, maintaining items in the cash system, etc.
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces and contact person for external customers
Qualifications

  • Completed gastronomic training and first professional experience in gastronomy, ideally in a comparable position
