We are currently looking for a new team member to join our practice in Bedford, VA as soon as possible (without time pressure, applicants with longer notice periods are also welcome).

This position will be responsible for our reception area, which is the face of our practice.

Working hours will be from Monday to Friday.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and registering patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Supporting the daily operations of the practice
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Ideally, experience in patient or customer service
  • A warm and empathetic personality
  • Enjoyment of working with people
