The HYDRO-TEC GmbH has been developing and distributing innovative and high-quality concrete processing machines and diamond tools worldwide for around 25 years. Founded in Schwabach in 1997, we are now located in the industrial area of Rednitzhembach with our headquarters, production and warehouse, and employ more than 30 employees. Branch offices can be found in Mühlheim/Ruhr in Italy and Switzerland.

We are currently seeking support for our Service Center NRW in Mülheim an der Ruhr at the earliest possible date.

Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Functional testing and fault diagnosis of high-frequency and hydraulically operated wall saws, concrete pressing systems, core drilling motors, drilling stands, hand-held machines, joint cutters and other machines. Preparation and recording of cost estimates for maintenance and repair of concrete processing machines. Independent compilation of required spare and wear parts. Replacement of wear and spare parts with subsequent functional and electrical testing. Testing of the machine in the system of all components such as saw head, high-frequency unit, high-frequency drive motor of the remote control, as well as cables for the drive motor and control cables. Production, repair and re-coating of diamond drill crowns using manual soldering.
