Your responsibilities:
Conducting regular inspections and rounds in fixed properties. Maintenance and installation work. Troubleshooting, error correction, and repairs. Carrying out or supporting maintenance and inspections. Documenting completed tasks.


Your qualifications:

Successfully completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for heating, cooling, and air conditioning | mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology | central heating and ventilation builder | gas and water installer or a comparable qualification in the construction industry.

First professional experience in facility management, building technology | building services, or in cross-trade areas such as heating | air conditioning | ventilation | plumbing.

Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken. Strong service and customer orientation.
