Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

  • End Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of operations from sales, production, delivery, and post sale services.

Sales Operations: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and seamless order processing.

Logistics and Delivery: Manage logistics and delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing the customer service team and addressing any post-sale issues.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements across all operational areas and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational metrics, including sales, production, delivery, and customer service performance.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role with endtoend operational responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations, production management, logistics, and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
