Key Responsibilities:

End Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of operations from sales, production, delivery, and post sale services.

Sales Operations: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and seamless order processing.

Logistics and Delivery: Manage logistics and delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing the customer service team and addressing any post-sale issues.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements across all operational areas and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational metrics, including sales, production, delivery, and customer service performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role with endtoend operational responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of sales operations, production management, logistics, and customer service.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
