As the first point of contact, the Administrative Assistant/Reception will:
- Greet visitors.
- Receive, send and distribute mail.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel.
- Order and maintain office supplies/inventory.
- Coordinate meetings and travel itineraries.
- Respond to questions and requests for information.
- Add providers and attach documents into internal and client systems.
- The ability to type at least 60 WPM.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 35 years of Office Coordination.
- 35 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Current use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) in a proficient manner.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fastpaced office environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
- Capable of passing a preemployment background check.
- Customer Service provide helpful, courteous, accessible, responsive and knowledgeable support to staff, clients, and others at all times.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Detailed oriented and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy when performing data entry.
- Notary a plus.
- Fire Protection knowledge a plus
