IS Production Support Team (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Job Summary:The IS Support Specialist will assist IT staff members in the ongoing support and maintenance of the designated area. Participates in project meetings, interacts with operational customers, and demonstrates critical thinking and communication skillsets while following through with assistance in developing break fix, optimization, and project solutions across the Information Services' teams. Performs other duties as needed.

Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED required. Minimum one year experience in related field required. Minimum three years of experience within a hospital environment preferred.
