The MONTESSORI Förderkreis Nürnberg e. V. is looking for a pedagogical director (m/f/d) for the Hunterstown Children's Crèche starting July 1, 2024

The MONTESSORI Förderkreis Nürnberg e. V.

is the sponsor of a state-approved MONTESSORI primary and secondary school as well as a MONTESSORI children's house with three crèche, four kindergarten, and five after-school groups.

We accompany over 500 children and adolescents aged 1 to 17 according to the principles of Maria Montessori's pedagogy and employ approximately 165 employees in the areas of education, teaching, pedagogy, and administration.

We all work inclusively.

You will lead a team of specialists and support staff and will also be partially involved in group service.

You will provide impulses for the pedagogical development of the crèche based on the principles of Maria Montessori and integrate them into daily work.

You will be involved in planning the development of leadership structures for the children's house, especially with regard to the succession of the children's house management in 2026.

You seek personal contact with children and parents, communicate with them on an equal footing. At the same time, you will manage the ongoing operation of the crèche with all that entails - reliably, responsibly
