Your responsibilities:

Accompanying one or more children/adolescents in their school/daycare routine
Supporting children and adolescents in their learning, work, and behavior
Helping to manage stress and conflict situations and providing psychosocial stabilization
Supporting social participation and teaching practical life skills
Collaborating with educators, teachers, parents, professionals, and therapists

Education or degree with state recognition in the field of pedagogy/ career changers/ parttime employees

Ability to cooperate, empathize, reflect, and handle conflicts
